Kelly Philips

With a Master’s in Business Administration and a Juris Doctorate from LSU School of Law, Raquelle “Kelly” Badeaux-Phillips is an Assistant Attorney General in New Orleans. She is a charter member of the board for the LCWGB, in which she represented students while serving as Nicholls State University’s first woman SGA President.

Kelly was a member of the Louisiana Society of the Children of the American Revolution and the Daughters of the American Revolution. She is Vice-Chair of the New Orleans Leadership Council for the LCWGB and was State Parliamentarian. Kelly is a member of BRAVO, the Republican Women of Jefferson Parish, the Bayou Junior Women’s Club, the St. Dominic Mother’s Club, Cancer Crusaders and the Junior League of New Orleans.

Kelly is married to Scott Phillips of New Orleans and has two children, Reese-Estelle, age 6 and Jack, age 3.
